Patient Trust Act

Budget Amendments 4-5.04 #1s (Sutterlein) and 4-5.04 #1H (LaRock) repeal existing state funding for Medicaid-eligible women who seek an abortion after a physician certifies in writing that the fetus suffers from a severe and totally incapacitating fetal anomaly.
